Cancellation Policy
Delegate Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 14 business days prior to the event. An administration fee of 30% of the ticket price will be incurred for cancellations. A refund will not be considered if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 14 business days prior to the event.
A substitution may be made prior to the event, if the registered delegate is not able to attend. This is subject to approval. Please email Helen Raff at hraff@newtonmedia.co.uk , providing all relevant details for the individual attending as the replacement.
Tickets are only valid for the individual’s name shown on the ticket. Sharing of conference packages is not permitted without advance approval.
Newton Media reserves the right to cancel, change the date, alter the content and/or speakers on any programme.
Registration fees paid will be fully refunded for cancelled events only.
Newton Media is not responsible for travel or accommodation if an event is cancelled.
